If your ATS IIoT V3 Gateway appears to be down check the following:
- Verify the plant has power and the Gateway is properly plugged in. Additionally check that local cell towers are function properly and providing an adequate signal.
- Verify the Gateway has not overheated.
- Verify the Customer's network is working properly.
- Ensure the antennas for the Gateway are connected in the correct order.

If the above does not resolve check the following on the inside of the ATS IIoT V3 Gateway.
- XBEE is connected to the antenna whip.
- The Sim card is not loose.
- No other wires are loose or damaged within the Gateway.
- Verify RUT device is connecting to cellular network.
