ATS IIoT V3 Gateway Troubleshooting Guide

If your ATS IIoT V3 Gateway appears to be down check the following:

  1. Verify the plant has power and the Gateway is properly plugged in. Additionally check that local cell towers are function properly and providing an adequate signal.
  2. Verify the Gateway has not overheated.
  3. Verify the Customer's network is working properly.
  4. Ensure the antennas for the Gateway are connected in the correct order.

If the above does not resolve check the following on the inside of the ATS IIoT V3 Gateway.

  1. XBEE is connected to the antenna whip.
  2. The Sim card is not loose.
  3. No other wires are loose or damaged within the Gateway.
  4. Verify RUT device is connecting to cellular network.
