An important part of the install is ensuring the cables are appropriately managed with ALL devices before leaving the site. Here are a 3 ways to manage cords appropriately to leave a seamless install.
Supplies needed:
- Zip ties
- Cable Tie Mounting Base
If possible zip tie the cords to the equipment. Be sure no to secure where it may get in the way of people or the equipment operation.

When there is no way to attach the cords to the equipment use the following steps:
- Loop the cord together neatly.
- Zip tie the cords together and secure them as close to the machine as possible.
- Ensure there is not stress being caused on the sensor or transmitter.

For current sensor installs ONLY. When installing current sensors it is important to make sure the cords are out of the way within the panel. Use the following steps:
- Attach Cable tie mounting bases' to the outside and inside of the equipment cabinet.
- Inside the equipment zip tie all current cords together. (This only pertains to 2 channel & 3 channel current Sensors)
- Run the group of cords on the inside and outside through the cable tie mounting bases.
