This document provides instructions on how to reattach your device.
1. Check the device for any damages.
If the device has been damaged out an incident ticket at https://mhmsupport.advancedtech.com/. For instructions click here.
2. Prep the surface of the asset for device installation.
Do the following to ensure proper surface preparation:
- Using an abrasive piece of sand paper to remove paint and expose bare metal.
- Wipe off any excessive dust.
3. Reattach the device following the instructions listed below for that device
4. Fill out a support ticket to verify the device is back online.
