8.3 Dashboard FAQ: How to Log a Support Ticket

2. Select "Issue" from the Home Page

3. Select Service Request

ATS EMPLOYEE'S ONLY: When submitting a ticket please use INTERNAL INCIDENT or INTERNAL SERVICE REQUEST.

4. Fill out the request form with your support details

Fields denoted with a red (*) are mandatory

5. Your request has been submitted!

6. To view pending, on hold, and completed support request, navigate back to the home page.
