Users have the ability to pull recommendation information from the R360 MHM Dashboard to integrate with their own CMMS system. In order to access this paid feature, reach out to your Customer Success Manger for more information. Only System Admins and Platform Support will have access to this functionality.
Custom webhook will need to be set up by working with our development team. To get a custom webhook created submit a support ticket. For more information on how to submit a support ticket, click here.
To access the webhook feature, select Company Management from the left-hand navigation pane.

- Select INTEGRATIONS.
- Select WEBHOOKS.
- Select NEW.

Fill out the model with the following information:

Event Trigger
- New Recommendation
- Update Recommendation
- Name
- Description (500 Characters or less)
- Select Sites
- URL
- Key & Value (select the + icon to add more)
- Select "SAVE"

- Select EDIT, make your edits, and select SAVE or
- Select DELETE WEBHOOK.
