4.7 How to edit the Contact Page (External) in the MHM dashboard

To perform actions on this page you must have one of the following roles assigned with Default User:

  • Manager
  • CME
  • Company Admin

NOTE: This feature is permission-based. Company managers or administrators can create, edit, or delete ONLY CUSTOMER CONTACTS.

1. Select "CONTACT" from the left hand navigation pane.

2. To create a new customer contact, select the plus sign.

Enter in the following details and select save:

  1. Name
  2. Email
  3. Phone Number

The following roles are allowed to have multiple contacts.

  1. Technical Contact
  2. Onsite Contact
  3. Onsite Technical
  4. Remote Technical

Roles with multiple contacts have the ability to select a primary contact.

3. To edit, delete, or designate a primary contact, select edit next to the contact.

  1. Select Edit.
  2. To delete, select delete contact.
  3. Update contact details and select save.
