7.2 How to View and Export the MHM CME Recommendations Report

To complete this process you will need access to the R360® MHM Dashboard.

1. Select "REPORTS" from the left-hand navigation menu in the R360 MHM Dashboard.

2. All reports that you have access to will automatically populate. Select "MHM CME Recommendations Report" from the drop down menu.

In order to generate the report, set up the filters to customize the information to be shown:

3. Company: Select the company whose information you need to see. Only one company at a time can be selected.

4. Site: Only one site at a time can be selected.

5. Area: Multiple areas can be selected. Use "Select All" to show all information from the selected site.

6. Click on "View report."

The statuses included in the report are:

  • new
  • ca review
  • draft
  • hold
  • in progress

8. To export the generated report, click on the Export button, then select Microsoft Excel (.xlsx).

9. A message will appear when the export starts.

10. A successful export message will appear in the screen when the export is ready to be saved.

11. You will be prompted to select a folder to save the file. You can change its name in this step.

The report refreshes every time it is run but it could have up to a 3.5 hour delay.

If you get any expired session errors a few minutes after running the report or after having it open for a while, refreshing your browser (hit F5) will let you run the report again.
