The Knowledge Base contains support information on our machine health monitoring products. It also contains courses to get you started as well as important updates related to the Machine Health Monitoring System.
Below is an overview of key navigation points in the knowledge base:
- Top navigation pane to login, access account settings, and courses.
- Dynamic search for KB articles and courses.
- Connect with a Condition Monitoring Engineer about recent dashboard events.
- Request Parts from the ATS eCommerce store.
- Request Onsite Technicians
- Submit a support ticket using SD+.
- Support articles.
To view all articles within a chapter, click on a tile, and all the articles within that chapter will appear.
From here, users are able to do the following:
- View a specific article.
- Request that an article be published.
- Generate a manual PDF.
- View Additional Resources for that chapter.
