3.3 How to find an Asset in the MHM dashboard

Locating an Asset

An asset can be found in multiple ways within the platform. Users can locate an asset by doing the following:

  1. Hierarchical List
  2. Asset Dashboard

Hierarchy Tab

Select "Hierarchy" from the left hand navigation.

  1. Search the site for a specific location, sub-location, asset, or monitoring point.
  2. Filter the list based on the level of alert.
  3. Collapse or expand the list to view additional details.
  4. Select a location, sub-location, asset, or monitoring point to navigate to that page.
    • Selecting a monitoring point will take you to the telemetry tab on that assets page.
  5. Easily identify if a monitoring point is offline.

Asset Dashboard

To locate the asset dashboard, click "ASSETS" from the left-hand navigation pane.

The Asset Dashboard provides a table view of assets grouped by sub-location and severity. On this page, users have the ability to do the following:

Use the search bar to find an asset.

Filter Asset severity using the alert badges.

When an alert badge is clicked, assets filter based on sub-location and severity.

Asset Page Overview

Once an asset is selected, the Alerts and Notifications will be displayed on the right side of the screen. To see the asset details select the button at the bottom of the screen. From here, users can do the following:

  1. Using the top navigation pane click to view:
    • Current Asset Health
    • Telemetry
    • Monitoring Points
    • Configure
    • FFT Analysis
    • Alerts
    • Recommendations
  2. Asset Gallery.
  3. Activity Log & Notes.
  4. Telemetry graph depicting the condition over time.
  5. Event Telemetry.
  6. Event Log.
