Permissions Needed to Access this feature:
- CME
- Technician (READ ONLY)
- Manager (READ ONLY)
1. Select the alerts tab on the summary recommendation page.
2. Select "ADD ALERTS"
3. Using the check boxes, select the alerts you want to add. Click "SAVE".
Users can filter alerts based on the following:
- Level
- State
- Monitoring Point
- Created
- Last Updated
- Metric
4. The new alerts will be added under the supporting alerts table.
5. To mark an alert as "Primary" select the star next to it.
6. Click "SAVE" to keep your changes or "REVERT CHANGES" to discard.
