1. Select "REPORTS" from the left-hand navigation menu in the R360 MHM Dashboard.

2. All reports that you have access to will automatically populate. Select "MHM Customer Scorecard" from the drop down menu.

3. By default, the report will open in its landing page.
4. The landing page shows totals per company. Use the Region* (if available) and Site slicer to filter down what is needed.
If you have access to more than one company, the landing page shows the totals for all of them. Make sure to select one company from the Company slicer.
*Regions are available as designated by the company.
Click on the visuals to navigate to their related pages to see more information:
5. The "Cost Avoidance Value" visual will take you to the "Cost Avoidance Trend - Closed" page.
6. The "Count of Active Recommendations by Priority" visual will take you to the "Count of Active Recommendations" page.
7. The "Count of Closed Recommendations by Priority" visual will take you to the "Count of Closed Recommendations" page.
8. The "Assets in a given highest alert condition" visual will take you to the "Top 5 Alerting Assets" page.

9. It is also possible to navigate between the different pages by selecting them from the side panel.

10. Every page has an icon to go back to the previous page.
There are slicers available in every page that can be used to filter down the information shown:
12. Company: Use this slicer to select a single company when you have access to more than one.
13. Region: Use this slicer to select designated regions within a company.
14. Site: Use this slicer to select a single site (location). It is also possible to select more than one site at a time.
15. Sublocation: Use this slicer to select sublocations within a site (location).
16. Asset: Use this slicer to select specific assets and show their information only. It is possible to select more than one asset name at a time using the Control key when selecting them.
17. State: The page "Top 5 Alerting Assets" will allow you to select by alert's state
The available states are: acknowledged, new, and resolved.
18. Level: The page "Top 5 Alerting Assets" will allow you to select by alert's level
The available levels are: critical and warning.
19. Date Offset: Pages with Recommendations and Cost Avoidance information will allow you to set a date offset.
- By default, the Date Offset shows the current month (0) and the three previous months (-3)
- The Date Offset can be changed by typing the desired range in the box. First box means: Is greater than or equal to (-3). Second box means: Is less than or equal to (0)
20. The "Selected Date" box shows the date range resulting from the selection in the "Date Offset" slicer.

As stated in item 4, the Landing Page shows totals for the company you have access to. Below you can find a brief description of the content in the rest of the pages:
21. Top 5 Alerting Assets. This page shows the five assets with the most alerts created in the last 6 months with specific charts for the current month and the previous two months.
22. Cost Avoidance Trend - Closed. This page shows trends of cost avoidance values by month, site, and asset. It also shows a monthly trend for the Production, Maintenance, and Parts & Materials categories.
23. Cost Avoidance Details - Closed. In this page you will find a table with more information to complement the cost avoidance trend above.
24. Count of Active Recommendations. This page shows trends on the creation of recommendations where the status is not "closed" split into month, week, and day. There are also trends by priority and by asset.
25. Active Recommendations Details. In this page you will find a table with more information to complement the count of active recommendations.
26. Count of Closed Recommendations. This page shows trends on recommendations with the status of "closed" split into month, week, and day. There are also trends by priority and by asset.
27. Closed Recommendations Details. In this page you will find a table with more information to complement the count of closed recommendations.

Most pages have a navigation button you can click on to navigate to other pages, the text on the button indicates where it will take you.

To see the data being used to create a visual, you can export it to Excel:
28. Select More options (...) in the upper-right corner of the visual.

29. Then choose Export data.

30. Select the option for Summarized data (other options will not be enabled). If you used slicers to filter the information in the page, then the data you export is also filtered.
31. Click on the Export button.

32. A message will appear when the export starts.

33. A successful export message will appear in the screen when the export is completed.
