9.1 As a CME, How do I use the Alerts Tab in the MHM dashboard

To complete this process you will need CME level access to the R360® MHM Dashboard.

The alerts tab allows the CME to view active and resolved alerts and their telemetry tied to that asset. It also allows you to add active and resolved alerts to current recommendations and to leave additional comments.

Active Alert View

  1. Toggle between Active and Resolved Alerts
  2. Filter based on the alerts level
  3. Modify the table based on a specific start or end date
  4. Filter to all available sites if you have multiple.
  5. Filter based on the alerts state
  6. Export the below table
  7. Table view of all monitoring points.

Resolved Alert View

  1. Filter based on the alerts level
  2. Modify the table based on a specific start or end date
  3. Export the below table
  4. Table view of all monitoring points
  5. This button will take you to the dashboard of that specific asset.

How to add an alert to an existing recommendation:

  1. Navigate to the Recommendations page.
  2. Select a recommendation from the Active tab.
  3. Select the Alerts tab.
  4. Select the ADD ALERTS button.
  5. Select the alert you would like to add to the recommendation.
  6. Select Save.
  7. Select Save again in the Supporting Alerts window.

The alert will automatically be added to the selected recommendation.

How to Resolve an Alert(s)

To resolve multiple alerts at once do the following:

  1. Select the alerts you would like to resolve.
  2. Click resolve.
  3. Leave a comment.
  4. Click resolve.

Once complete copy and paste your recommendation into the notes section of the Current Asset Health Tab for the customer to view. For more information on how to access this section, click here.

How to leave a Comment on Alert(s)

To add a comment to multiple alerts at once do the following:

  1. Select the alerts you would like to leave a comment on.
  2. Click comment.
  3. Enter in your comment.
  4. Select Comment.
