1.1 How do I integrate my MHM Dashboard with eFACTORYPRO?

The first thing needed to integrate EFP and MHM if for your site to be subscribed to both eFACTORYPRO and R360 Machine Health Monitoring services.

Next your Site Manager will have to request this integration one of two ways. The first was is they can call the help desk and request this integration.

Or head over to the Self Service Request Portal located on the ATS Home Hub.

  1. Select the Self-Service Request Portal option.
  2. Select Requests
  3. Select General Incidents Templates from the drop down.
  4. Select General Incident.

When fill out the required field just explain that you would like to kick off the MHM/EFP Integrations

No matter how you requested it the next step will be to get a list of equipment at your site that you would like to be integrated. Supply this to the help desk as soon as possible.
