4.23 Understanding Recommendations in the MHM dashboard

To perform actions on this page you must have one of the following roles assigned with Default User:

CME Role
Manager
Technician
Default User (can ONLY add comments to recommendations)

2. On the recommendations "ACTIVE" tab users can do the following-

Filter based on status
- All Active Recommendations
- CA Review
- Complete
- Draft
- New
Update the table columns based on the following attributes:
- ID
- Title
- Status
- Sub-Status
- Sub-Location
- Asset
- Alerts
- Created Date
- Created By
- Modified Date
- Modified By

Select an entry to open the active recommendation.

3. On the recommendations "CLOSED" tab users can do the following:

Update the table columns based on the following attributes:

ID
Title
Status
Sub-Location
Alerts
Asset
Closed Date
Closed By

Select an entry to open an archived recommendation.

When a line of a CA REVIEW or COMPLETE is selected the Summary will show:

Title
Description
Resolution Notes
Collaboration
