Navigate to the active alert you would like to create a recommendation for.

1. Select the alerts from the table below.
3. Complete the recommendation summary header with the following details:
- Created by: This will auto populate based on user sign in.

Priority of Recommendation:
- Critical
- Normal

Type of Recommendation
- Repair- The asset needs a repair completed)
- Inspection- The asset needs an inspection completed.
- Device Service- The asset needs to be serviced soon
- Reference- For information purposes.
- Source ID: Free Text

Recommendation Status:
- Draft *
- New
- Re-Work Needed (Sub Status)
- Information Needed (Sub Status)
- In Progress
- Hold
- Waiting on Materials (Sub Status)
- Waiting on Scheduling (Sub Status)
- Waiting on Production (Sub Status)
- Complete
- Cost Avoidance Review (CA Review)*
- Closed*
*indicates status can only be viewed by CME, users will not receive updates for recommendations listed in draft status.
4. Complete the summary tab with the following information:
- Title- provide a short description of the recommendation, 75 characters or less.
- Description- provide a detailed description of the recommendation. This field will accept up to 7000 characters.

5. Using the alert and attachment tabs at the top, attach supporting alerts and evidence.

6. Once complete, Select save.
If all the required information isn't filled out, the save button will be disabled letting you know that the title and description field are required.
