Users are able to pause alerts for a desired monitoring point. To do so, navigate to the monitoring points page or monitoring points tab. See below for steps to complete this action:
Pausing Alerts on the Monitoring Points Page
- Navigate to the monitoring points page using the left-hand navigation pane.
- Find your desired monitoring point; under the paused alert column, click the 3 dots.
- From here, you will have the option to turn alert notifications on or off.
Pausing Alerts Under the Monitoring Points Tab
- Navigate the desired asset's current asset health page.
- Select the "MONITORING POINTS" tab.
- Find your desired monitoring point; under the paused alert column, click the 3 dots.
- From here, you will have the option to turn alert notifications on or off.
When a monitoring point's alerts have been paused the hierarchy tool will display a snooze icon.
Additionally, on the telemetry page when a monitoring point has paused alerts a badge will be displayed.
