Notification Settings Update:
When users select multiple sites, the column will display the first site, along with a tool-tip that will display all the additional locations.

BUG FIXES
Bug 100979: A fix was implemented to allow the tool tip for the save button on the welcome modal.
Bug 100998: A fix was implemented to all users to add an apostrophe in an email on the account page.
