Release Notes: R360® MHM Dashboard 1.3

Below are the new updates and features to the R360® MHM Dashboard for September 2023.

The R360 MHM Dashboard is now available in Spanish!

To adjust personal language preferences, do the following:

  1. Select your initials in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Account.
  3. Click Edit under the Settings tab.
  4. Select your language preferences.
  5. Click Save.

Company and Site Selector

Users with available permissions, now have the ability to switch seamlessly between different locations by using the site picker in the top bar.

Alerts Tab

Users now must enter a comment in order to update a status or resolve an alert. The note has a minimum character count of 3 and a maximum of 250.

Asset Page Update

When selecting a tile on the asset page, a sidebar will expand to show active alerts against that asset. Additionally, users can navigate directly to the Asset Health page by selecting asset details.

Company Management Update

When managing user site permissions, managers and company admins can now "select all" when adding sites to an existing or new user.

Cost Avoidance Update

Users are now able to see the date and time when a cost avoidance was created.

Additional Updates

  • When performing an action on the alert page, such as resolving an alert or adding a new comment, the page will automatically refresh.
  • Users who create a comparison now have the ability to return to the comparison page.
  • The alert details card now rounds the threshold value to 3 decimal places and includes the date and time as a tool tip.
  • Users now must add a comment in order to update a status on the alerts page. Additionally, a character counter has been added to notify users when the character limit is reached.
  • The alert resolution modal now contains the attribute name of the alert you are closing. This will allow users to identify the alerts they are closing more easily.
  • Users are now able to export the following tables:
  • Monitoring Points
  • Manage Users
  • When configuring an asset, the selected input will now be highlighted.
  • When deleting a user from the dashboard, you now receive a confirmation message.
  • Users are now able to open the left-hand navigation options in a new tab.
  • The default duration drop-down has been updated to show 30 days and 3 hours.

Bug Fixes

  • BUG 92704- Fixed alert list for sub-location not populating
  • BUG 92716- The modal now alerts users when a wrong value is inputted and prevents them from saving
  • BUG 92837-Fixed the total count of sub-locations total counts not updating right of the alert list
  • BUG 92838- Fixed page title for location and sub-location pages
  • BUG 92842-Users must now enter at least 3 characters before resolving an alert
  • BUG 92847- Fixed the hierarchy page jumping to the top when collapsed.
  • BUG 93125-  Alert tiles now reflect the current site selected on the alerts dashboard
  • BUG 93192- Fixed battery percentage showing as a negative
  • BUG 93203- User account settings fields can now be edited
