Recommendation Updates:
101519 - When creating a recommendation, on the cost avoidance page, the Cost Avoidance toggle will now default to yes.
101492 When an alert is added to a recommendation the alert status will now automatically be set to “Acknowledged”.
NEW! Webhooks:
What is a Webhook? A webhook is like a messenger that sends real-time updates from one system to another when something specific happens. Instead of one system constantly checking for updates, the webhook instantly notifies the other system as soon as the event takes place.
Why a New Webhook Feature? This feature is designed to help our application work with the customer's CMMS. We need to create webhooks that will let the customer's system connect to ours and receive real-time notifications when something happens.
Please Note:
- This feature will only be accessible to users with System Admin Roles.
- This tab will need to be turned on in the Billable Options tab.
- Under the Integrations tab, the page will have 2 sub tabs labeled "Webhooks" and "Custom Webhooks".
- If the organization has no custom webhooks, the custom webhooks page will not be displayed.

New! Toggles:
101441 - Telemetry Threshold Toggle - When the toggle for Threshold is set to ON, all users will now be able to see “Threshold” on the telemetry chart in the expanded view.
101438 - All MY SITES Toggle - An “All MY SITES” toggle was added to the Profile Setting page. This toggle when set to on/off will set the “All my site” toggles on the Alerts page and Cost Avoidance page to ON/OFF.
New! Icons & Display Changes:
101444 - Organization Hierarchy Icon - On the Comparison Results page an “Organization Hierarchy” icon has been added to the attribute card.
Users can now hover over this icon for a quick glance of the Region (if more than just Default), Site, Asset, and Monitoring Point information.

101398 - View Dashboard Icon - A “View Dashboard” icon has been added to all alerts on the alert dashboard. This icon will direct the user to the Current Asset Health page of the asset.

100878 - External Asset URL Field- A new “External Asset URL” free text field was added to the Asset Configure page.
101602 - Details Column - On the Cost Avoidance dashboard, the “Adjust values” column will now display as the “Details” column.
BUG UPDATES:
- BUG 101583- A fix was implemented in the Spanish version of MHM to address a 400 error being displayed when editing or adding an attachment for a recommendation.
