Release Notes: MHM Dashboard Release 18

Below are the new updates and features to the MHM Dashboard for March 2023.

New login page.

  • With the new addition of Auth0 comes a new landing page for users to access the IIoT Dashboard. All users should login to the ATS IIoT Dashboard using their existing username and password. If you need further assistance reach out to [email protected].

Location Search on top Navigation Pane

  • Users with multiple site locations can now type the location in the top navigation pane to quickly filter to the desired result.
  • When searching for a device, users can click the "X" to cancel the search.
  • Additionally, if the location, sub-location, asset, or device cannot be pulled, it will show "no results found".

Location Dashboard Tree Map Update.

  • Users will now see a "no data" message on the greatest percent change tree-map when data is not available.

Event Level Dashboard Update

  • The number of results will populate when the table on the events page is filtered.

Ability to rename Asset.

Users now have the ability to rename assets. Follow the directions below on how to do so.

  1. Click the three dots on the current asset summary.
  2. Select "rename asset".
  3. Rename your asset.
  4. Click submit.

Event Summary Update

  • Users can now zero out cost avoidance numbers for specific events. Additionally, to reset the avoidance cost, click Revert to Default.

If you would like the cost avoidance feature turned on for your company reach out to your designated CME.

Updated Sensor Information.

  • On the sensor- level dashboard, all current sensor information will be displayed at the top of the page.

Update to the notes section.

Users can now edit and delete their notes in the sensor-level dashboard note section.

  • To edit a note, press "edit." The note section automatically documents the user and time the note was edited.
  • To delete a note, press "delete" and confirm you would like to delete the note.

Company Managers have the ability to edit/delete notes for any user within the company.

Additionally, character limits for events have been added to the event collaboration section on the event summary page.

Users do not have the ability to edit or delete notes within the event summary.

Device Dashboard Update.

  • Device battery level and installation date are now available within the devices table.

New error message when page does not load.

When a page is unable to load users will now  be greeting with an error message page that provides a link to their previous page.

New Device Dashboards

New Dashboard created for the following Sensor Type:

Additional Updates.

  • Update Gateway configuration to pull the nearest devices FFT. To increase performance and battery life. 
  • Asset page now has a simplified telemetry chart for easier user readability.
  • Updated access control per customer. 
  • Updated FFT labels on split graphs velocity.
  • Adjusted Universal search behavior to be more responsive.
  • Users now have the ability to sort assets based on preference. Contact your designated CME to get this completed..
  • Users now have the ability to rename assets. 
  • Unit Conversions updated for the following device types: 40, 8, 50.

Bug Fixes

  • BUG 88610- FFT Tool Tip bleeding off page.
  • BUG 88633-  Setting threshold on pressure sensor.
  • BUG 88826- Threshold apply button.
  • BUG 88842- Adjusted bucket size for the  Current Clamp device to view full event graph.
  • BUG 88941-Adjusted size of blue check mark in search results.
  • BUG 89129- Fixed an error users experienced with entering their SMS number.
  • BUG 89249- Adjusted cost avoidance permissions.
  • BUG 89248- Fixed the sticky top with cost avoidance and tile bleed through.
  • BUG 89250- Limited event full screen thresholds value to 2 decimal points.
  • BUG 89524- Fixed Spanish Translation.
  • BUG 89637- Adjusted events thresholds value.
  • Fixed issue with security cost avoidance.
