Asset Page Update
When a user receives a note on an Asset, the message icon will be displayed on the Asset Tile for 24hrs.

User Management Update
Users with the Company Admin role now have the ability to assign multiple roles to users to allow for multiple role assignment where needed.

Additional Updates:
- Tooltips have been added to the hierarchy search bar.
- Updates were made to the monitoring points page, to improve user functionality.
BUG FIXES
BUG 100384: A fix was implemented to Line Graph for 'Pressure' going Out of Bounds on Monitoring Points
BUG 100385: A fix was implemented to allow a line to be drawn even when the data on the graph is 0, on the telemetry tab.
BUG 100386: A fix was implemented for individual monitoring points automatically switching to new alerting status.
BUG 100498: A fix was implemented allowing the end date arrows on the pause alerting calendar.
