Pause Alerting on the Site, Sub-Location, and Asset level is now available!
This feature is only available for users with company administrator permission. For more information on how to update user permissions, click here.
The following steps can easily be repeated to pause alerts on the site, sub-location, and asset level. For more detailed instructions use the resources click on the resources at the end of this article.
To pause alerting at the site level, follow these steps:
- Go to the desired site.
- Click "PAUSE ALERTING" in the top right corner.
- Fill out the form with these details:
- Start Date & Time
- End Date & Time (maximum 7-day duration)
- Site time zone
- Comment
- Click "PAUSE ALERTING" again to confirm.
- A red banner appears when the site is currently pausing alerts.
- An orange banner appears when a future period of pausing alerts is scheduled.
Once the paused segment expires, alerting will resume automatically. To manually resume alerting, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the desired site.
- Click "RESUME ALERTING" in the top right corner.
- Enter your comment.
- Select "RESUME ALERTING" again to confirm.
All users with access to the site who have notifications enabled will receive an email when someone pauses or manually resumes a site, sub-location, or asset.
Comparison Page Update
- Users can now select "Select All" to toggle on all attributes that correspond with the comparison before creating it.
Additional Updates
- The battery field has been adjusted to display GOOD for battery health >25% and LOW for battery health <25%.
- The condition over time graph on the current asset page, has been updated to show all alerts for the time duration selected.
