1. Verify the M12's are connected properly.
Carefully push the guard on the M12 connector back to expose the keyway.
- Slide the keyway gently onto the sensor.
- Rotate until the keyway engages.
- Push the M12 connector in and twist.
- Push the M12 connector in and twist.
- Push the M12 connector in and twist.
Continue to push the connector in and twist until it cannot go any further.
2. If Step 1 does not work, try the following:
- Check the JST connectors are firmly connected. Push on the JST connectors gently on both sides of the rectangle connector and verify that nothing is damaged.
Please note: There are commonly two JST connectors per each M12 head, and then four on the board.

- Verify the XBee antenna is attached and not loose by gently pushing on it.

- Push down gently on the batteries. Press the CONFIG button once to test that the batteries are working. If they are working, the light will blink red.
