3.12 Understanding the Monitoring Points Page

1. Select "Monitoring Points" from the left hand navigation menu.

2. Users can perform the following:

  1. Filter based on alert level.
  2. Search for a monitoring point or asset name
  3. Customize table details.
  4. Filter based on connection status.
  5. Filter based on the columns in the table.
  6. Export table to excel.
  7. Pause alerting for a monitoring point.

3. To customize the table, select the drop down arrow and select the attributes you would like to remove or display.

Users can add/remove the following details from the monitoring points table:

  • Monitoring point name
  • Type
  • Asset name
  • Site
  • Sub-location
  • Last transmission
  • Connection status
  • Gateway #
  • RSSI # (signal strength)
  • Head connected status
  • Event type
  • Event State
  • Maintenance status
  • Battery level
  • Installation date.

***ONLY a CME can delete a monitoring point!***
